Project management for Dubai home renovations
One schedule, one point of contact and every trade in the right order, so your renovation runs as a single, clearly planned job.
Free estimates. No obligation or upfront payment required.
Signs your renovation needs a coordinator
Any one of these is enough.
- You are changing more than one room, or more than one trade is involved.
- Walls, wet areas or electrical load are changing, so the order of work matters.
- You live in the home, or have a family routine the work has to fit around.
- You travel or work long hours and cannot be on site to answer questions.
- Your building or community sets working hours and rules the work must follow.
- You want one person to call, not a different number for every trade.
What project management covers
From the first visit to handover, one plan holds the job together.

One schedule
Every task laid out room by room and trade by trade, so each one starts when the one before it is done.
One point of contact
You deal with one person about progress, changes and questions, whichever trade is on site.
Trades in the right order
Demolition first, then plumbing and electrical, then plaster and waterproofing, tiling, joinery, paint and fixtures, or whatever order your job needs.
Permissions kept in step
Anything that needs approval is requested before the work that depends on it is scheduled.
Checks at each stage
Each stage is checked before the next one covers it up, with final inspections at the end.
Flexible timing
Work can run during off-hours or in stages, so you can keep using parts of the home.
Clear changes
If something unexpected turns up behind a wall, you hear about it and decide with the options in front of you.

Why the order of work matters
Some work cannot be done twice. Pipes and wiring go in before walls close, plaster must dry before paint, and waterproofing goes down before tile. Get the order wrong and you pay to open things up again.
That is the job of a project plan. It puts the trades in sequence, books each one for when the site is ready for it and checks the work before it is covered.
We can handle everything from demolition and plumbing to electrical work and tiling, so the whole sequence can sit under one plan.
A managed job from first visit to handover
These are the five stages of our renovation process. Project management holds each one together.
- 01
Initial consultation and assessment
We visit, listen and look at the rooms. You tell us what you want, and we note what must be fixed, protected or approved.
- 02
Designing and planning
The design is settled, the schedule is built and the trades are lined up. Any permissions that apply are requested.
- 03
Full renovation
The trades work in the agreed order, with checks at each stage and one point of contact throughout.
- 04
Finishing touches and final inspections
Final details are completed, and each room is checked against the plan.
- 05
Post-renovation cleaning and handover
The site is cleaned and the finished home is handed over. Our support continues after the job is done, so you can call with questions.
Decisions that set the schedule
Your answers to these decide how the work is planned.

- Will you stay in the home?
- If you do, the plan works around it. Flexible schedules mean work can run in off-hours or in stages, so some rooms stay usable while others are done.
- Are there dates that matter?
- Guests, school terms, a move-in or travel all shape the plan. Tell us the dates early, so the schedule is built backward from them.
- What are your building's working-hour rules?
- Many buildings and communities set hours for noisy work and for lifts and loading areas, and these can change during Ramadan. Send us the rules and we build them into the schedule.
- Who decides when something changes?
- Choose one person to approve choices and changes, so decisions are quick and clear. In a family, agree who has the final word before work starts.
- Which rooms must stay usable?
- A working kitchen, one bathroom, a bedroom. Name the rooms you cannot do without, and the plan stages the work around them where it can.

Project management questions, answered plainly
Do I need project management for a single room?
Not always. A one-trade job may need only a date and a clear scope. Once two or more trades work in the same room, such as plumbing, tiling and joinery in a bathroom, a plan keeps them from getting in each other's way.
Who will I speak to?
You have one point of contact for the whole job, so you do not chase each trade yourself.
What if the schedule has to change?
Tell us as soon as you know. Flexible scheduling is part of how we work, and the plan is adjusted so the trades still follow in the right order.
Can the work happen while I live in the home?
In many cases, yes. Work can run in off-hours or in stages, so part of the home stays usable. We agree what that means for your rooms before work starts.
What does the estimate show?
Every step of the breakdown, before work begins, so you know exactly what you are paying for. There are no hidden charges.
What happens after handover?
Our support continues after the job is done. If you have questions or need help, call us.
