How long will my renovation take?

Permits and approvals
Permits and approvals in DubaiDoes my renovation need permission?
Structural changes, extensions, facade and exterior work, pools and major electrical changes can need approval from your community or developer and the relevant Dubai authority. Like-for-like finishes usually do not.

We recommend cleaning your AC ducts every 3-5 years or immediately after renovations or a significant event like water damage.
How often should I have my water tank cleaned?
We recommend having your water tank professionally cleaned at least once a year. However, if your water source is not treated, more frequent cleaning may be necessary.
What should I do in case of a plumbing emergency?
In the event of a plumbing emergency, turn off the water supply if possible and immediately call our professional services to avoid further damage or flooding.
Is it safe to do electrical repairs myself?
For safety reasons, we strongly advise against performing electrical work without professional training. Mistakes can lead to serious injury or property damage.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Annual maintenance contracts cover AC servicing, electrical and plumbing servicing, water tank cleaning and emergency callouts, in three levels.
