How these trades come together
These three jobs start with a need, not a style: a bathroom that stays easy to use as you age, a room that has to be put right after damage, a quiet place to work. Each one draws on the same pool of trades: plumbing, electrical, tiling, plaster, painting, carpentry and air conditioning. Each goes wrong when those trades work out of order.
That is why one team runs them. We follow the stages we use on every renovation: initial consultation and assessment, designing and planning, the work itself, finishing touches and final inspections, then cleaning and handover. You get a free estimate, a step-by-step breakdown before work starts, and a schedule that can run in off-hours or in stages.

Questions about specialty
Other groups:
What is in the Specialty group?
Three kinds of work: accessibility and aging-in-place modifications, water, fire and mold damage restoration, and home office builds. Each has its own page with the options, the steps and the questions to settle first.
Can one team handle all the trades these jobs need?
Yes. Plumbing, electrical work, tiling, painting and the other trades are all on our service list, so one team can run them in the right order under one estimate.
What should I do first after a leak?
Turn off the water supply if you can, and call straight away to avoid further damage or flooding. Our plumbers and electricians offer an emergency service. Once the water is stopped, restoration starts with finding the cause.
Can the work run in stages?
Yes. Our schedules are flexible, so work can run in off-hours or in stages. You can start with the bathroom and add other rooms later.
Do these jobs need permission in Dubai?
Rules differ by building and community. Widening a door, adding a ramp or a unit outside, building a partition or repairing structure after a fire can need permission from your building management, developer or community, and sometimes the relevant authority. Permits and approvals is one of our services, so ask us when you request your estimate.
