How a renovation runs, from first visit to handover
Five stages, one team and an itemized estimate before anything starts. Here is what happens at each step, and what you decide along the way.
Free estimates. No obligation or upfront payment required.
Five stages, one team throughout
Every renovation follows the same order, whatever its size. The trades change from job to job; the sequence does not.
- 01
Consultation and assessment
We visit, inspect the space and measure it, and you tell us what you want to change and how you use the rooms. Existing pipes, wiring and walls are checked so the plan starts from the real condition of the house.
- 02
Design and planning
Layout, materials and finishes are agreed. Where the work needs permission from your community, developer or an authority, the paperwork is prepared now, before anything is opened up.
- 03
Renovation
Demolition and strip-out first, then the hidden work: plumbing, electrics and air conditioning. Walls, floors and ceilings close over services that have been installed and tested.
- 04
Finishing and inspection
Tiling, joinery, paint and fittings go in, followed by a quality check of every room against what was agreed.
- 05
Cleaning and handover
The house is cleaned after the work, and you walk through it with us before handover.
How the estimate works
Renovation estimates start with an inspection of your home. You see the cost of the work before it begins.

Free estimate
Ask on WhatsApp, by phone or through the form. The estimate costs nothing.
Every step broken down
Before any work begins, we detail every step so you know exactly what you are paying for.
No hidden charges
No sneaky costs and no surprise fees.
No obligation
No obligation or upfront payment required to get started.

Living at home while the work goes on
Any renovation changes your routine for a while. We provide flexible schedules to keep the disruption down: work during off-hours, or a project split into stages so part of the house stays in use.
Tell us at the first visit which rooms you cannot do without, when the house is busiest and where materials can be stored, and the schedule is built around that.
Permissions come before demolition
Structural changes, extensions, facade and exterior work, pools and major changes to electrics can need approval from your community or developer and the relevant Dubai authority. Like-for-like finishes usually do not. If your project needs permission, our permits and approvals service prepares the paperwork with you during planning.
Permits and approvals in DubaiAfter handover
Our support continues after the job is done: if you have questions or need help, call us. For ongoing care, annual maintenance contracts cover AC, electrical and plumbing servicing, water tank cleaning and emergency callouts.

Questions about the process
Do I deal with a different contractor for each trade?
No. One team plans the sequence and does the work, from demolition and plumbing to electrical work and tiling.
How long will my renovation take?
It depends on the size of the job, the materials and any permissions needed. Ask for the timing with your free estimate.
Do I pay anything for the estimate?
No. The estimate is free, and no obligation or upfront payment is required to get started. Ask about payment for the work itself when you receive your estimate.
Can the work be done in stages?
Yes. Work can be split into stages or done during off-hours to suit how you use the house.
